Conference Advertising

Our April 8-11, 2021 meeting will now be fully virtual. The virtual conference platform can accommodate banner ads and sidebar ads on almost any page. All advertisements will be displayed within the virtual conference platform to an anticipated attendance of over 3,000. Advertisements on the main conference page are $300; advertisements on any other page are $200. Static ads are preferred but we can accommodate dynamic ads. All advertisements can be hyperlinked.

Wide ads have dimensions of 1050 px by 250 px.

Sidebar ads have dimensions of 275 px by 400 px.

Please note that all advertisements must first be approved by the ACLA Secretariat before they are included in the virtual platform. Payment must be completed and all artwork submitted before March 15, 2021. Email info@acla.org if you have any questions about advertising options within the virtual conference platform.
