Book Exhibit Vendor Booth

The ACLA April 8-11, 2021 Annual Meeting will now be fully virtual! We will continue our long-standing tradition of hosting a book fair as part of the conference in this exciting new environment. Exhibitors will have the chance to design their own booth, chat with visitors, and link to products for purchase. We expect over 3,000 attendees to participate during the four days of our conference.

Our virtual platform supports exhibitor booths with a number of features: photos, videos, scheduling, live chat, external links, and other customizations. You can view a demo of an exhibitor booth designed to promote Open Water by clicking here.

A square base is preferred for logos, ideally with dimensions of 500 px by 500 px.

This year, we are charging a reduced rate of $400 for virtual exhibitor booths. Email info@acla.org with any questions or to learn more about exhibiting at the conference.
