This year's Annual Meeting of the American Comparative Literature Association will be held in person at the Palais des congrès de Montréal, February 26 - March 1, 2026. Our conferences average 3,000 attendees at all stages of their careers: graduate students; directors and chairs of leading programs and departments; independent comparatists whose work lies outside the academy; and scholars whose work involves literature, culture, and the interactions between literature and other forms of human activity, including the arts, the sciences, philosophy, and cultural artifacts of all kinds.
We offer conference advertising on the ACLA website and program guide. Advertisements run for the duration of the conference week, and ads placed in the program guide remain in the guide as archived on the ACLA website.
Ads run on the website for $250 and in the program guide for $125 for a half page and $250 for a full page. We also offer a combination web ad and half page of the program guide for $350 and a combination web ad and full page of the program guide for $450.
Please send advertisements (see dimensions below) to Brigid Kennedy at [email protected] by January 5, 2026. Ads should be sent as PNG, TIFF, or PDF files. We recommend all files/art are at least 300 dpi. Ad art may be in black and white or color.

There are two opportunities for formal sponsorship of the 2026 Annual Meeting. Our WiFi Sponsor will support attendees' access to WiFi throughout the conference and will be featured on the WiFi landing page. Our Quiet Room Sponsor will support attendees' access to a quiet space for breaks and will be featured on signage by and in the room. Both sponsors will be listed in the program and on the ACLA website. For information about these sponsorship opportunities, or to propose a new sponsorship opportunity, contact Brigid Kennedy at [email protected].
Organizations interested in both advertising and participating in the book exhibit may wish to use the advertising & exhibiting combination packages available on our book exhibit page.
